FAQs
How do I know if this work is right for me?
This work is designed for women who feel ready to explore change with care and support — not urgency or pressure.
You don’t need to be certain or “ready to commit.” If you’re seeking a calmer, steadier way forward, this may feel supportive.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have clarity before beginning.
We start with what feels most manageable for you, and allow understanding to unfold gradually.
How will I know if this is helping me?
Change often shows up quietly. You may notice increased steadiness, clearer decision-making, or less self-criticism.
Progress is not measured by speed or achievement, but by how supported and regulated you feel over time.
Do I need to talk about everything that’s happened to me?
No. You are never required to share more than feels safe.
This work respects your boundaries and your pace. Your story unfolds only when and if you choose.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This work integrates trauma-informed hypnotherapy and coaching.
Rather than focusing on labels, the emphasis is on safety, consent, and meaningful change that feels sustainable.
What if change feels slow?
Slow is not a problem — it’s often a sign that your system is integrating safely.
There is no timeline you need to meet. We move at a pace that supports lasting change.
Do I need to believe in hypnosis for it to work?
No. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and relaxation.
Your experience is guided gently and collaboratively, without loss of control or awareness.

What if I’ve tried other approaches that didn’t help?
Many women arrive here after trying methods that felt too forceful or disconnected from their body.
This work offers a different approach — one that prioritises safety, self-trust, and respect for your nervous system.

Is this about fixing me?
No. There is nothing broken.
This work supports understanding, integration, and choice — not fixing or forcing change.

How do I prepare for a session?
There is nothing special you need to do.
Arrive as you are. The work begins from there.

What happens if I decide this isn’t right for me?
You are always free to pause or step away.
